[mb-users] Data vault a.k.a. crowd editing

Hi!

I guess every editor had this problem before: a big pack of CDs or even 
better, some new Mozart Complete Symphonies box lies on the table, 
covers might already be available in digital form, but there is 
absolutely no time to put complete information into MusicBrainz, it 
might be enough to copy-and-paste basic CD information and there might 
be enough time to upload the covers to some place where fellow 
MusicBrainz editors could reach for them and maybe help out. But, 
whoops, there is no such place, every editor it only part of the team on 
the global scale, but not on the "release layer". But maybe I'm missing 
something? Is there such thing as a data vault for MusicBrainz, where 
unstructured data can be uploaded to until someone has the time to put 
it into the database?
