[mb-users] Artist sort names for non latin scripts

hi
I am not an expert on the subject, but IMO sort names
should not be used for search purposes. Aliases are
very good place to add AKA and other unusual
correspondence of the artist names. That's why
guidelines suggest (for non-latin scripts only) sort
names for the real transliterated names of the
artists.
