I have no strong opinion about ellipsis vs. three dots. (Unless the
official release is 'Digital Media', in that case just use whatever
they're using).  However, I have a strong preference for not 
considering filenames when thinking about what characters to use 
in track titles.

On windows, '?', ':' and lots of other characters are not allowed in 
files, but we allow them in track titles.  Unix in general isn't great 
on dealing with spaces in filenames, etc..
