How likely is it for a voter to have voted on an album within 30 minutes of
its entry (this is a genuine question, I don't know if people sit with new
edits screeds refreshing in front of them)?

It it's likely to happen, perhaps any voters could be notified of the change
and allowed to modify their vote based on it?
