[mb-users] using folksonomy tags for personal collections/wishlists

You're right actually, now that I've thought about it... the tag
system would work quite nicely, and would require less additional
coding to make it work. Also, because tags can be submitted through
the web service, we can have dedicated collection management
applications intergrate with MusicBrainz almost straight from the
get-go... seems like a good idea :)
