Logging the username of the discID senders is not a reasonable
solution because you would only be logging the first person who
submitted that discID. Using the tagging system we can see a list of
*everyone* who says they own the disc.
And I don't think sending an email to mb-users everytime there is a
disagreement over the punctuation or spelling of a track title is a
reasonable solution either. If there's an issue regarding a particular
edit, the best place to discuss it is in the edit notes. But having a
list of users who own the CD would mean we could easily ping them to
bring them into the discussion if they're not already aware of it.
