Yes we do. And they pay us several hundred dollars a quarter for  
doing so.

Yes, we are allowed to receive income apart from donations. Since  
this income is directly related to offering and improving our service  
(our stated mission to the IRS (US tax authority) we can collect this  
income without any problems.

I'd be interested in learning more about this, but since I speak no  
Russian its clear that we need to work on this together. Drop me a  
line personally and lets review the requirements they establish and  
figure out how much work it will be.
