[mb-users] track a PUID

Weird that they're marked as VA. Why is that, anyway? Since the new
server release will allow linking edits to multiple objects, would it
be possible to (a) add links from these edits to the concerned
track/album/artists and puid (so I can see a PUID's edit history), and
(b) add these links retroactively by walking the entire edit list (not
just add-PUID ARs) and adding the missing links?

Since I'm looking for a very old PUID, it's basically impossible to
find it. I guess I could get a database dump and search through it
with a custom query, but that's a bit heavyweight for what I need.
