[mb-users] Quick idea... "stub" releases

Just a quick idea I wanted to throw by the list... Has there been any
thought into "stub" releases? By this, I mean the release would show
up on the artist page, but if the user clicks it they will be told
that no one has yet entered information about the release, and
encourage the user to fill in the missing details. This would be
convenient for people who have editing projects - filling an artist
discography or whatever. It is also lets us easily enter releases that
have been announced (possibly with a release date) - but the TOC is
not yet official.

Thoughts? I can see problems, and these will probably be more than the
benefits, but I thought I'd see what you clever people thought before
I made a ticket :-)
