[mb-users] Quick idea... "stub" releases

I actually like this idea (though I haven't thought out all of the possible
consequences). Some of the work I do on older vinyl discographies could be
moved along nicely by something like this. It could serve as a sort of
placeholder for later work. My 2 cents.
