[mb-users] Bach Edition, 155 CD box set, Naming Style

I was going to start work on this boxset
http://www.jsbach.org/variousbach2000thecompletebachedition.html which
is a 155 CD box set of the complete works of Bach.

A lot of it appears to be already in MB under a variety of naming styles:

I wanted some agreement on exactly how it should be named before I
started sorting them out and adding in any missing albums.

What do people think?
