For now, I think current practice is to keep adding release events to
existing releases, unless there is a compelling reason to create a
seperate entry.

Obvious reasons to do so are a different track listing, but even minor
differences in ARs will usually be enough to warrant an duplicate. 

Still, try to keep duplicates to a minimum, the current user interface
and DB schema don't deal with duplicates very well :)
