Sounds like there are two separate issues:

a) are there two releases out there?  I have one with 12 tracks, and
   haven't been able to google up any evidence of a disk with just 11
   tracks.  There's nothing on the CD case or the CD itself to
   indicate the 12th track, but it's there.

   What evidence to you have for an 11-track release?

b) if/when I enter a new release for the 12-track version, I'd still
   appreciate some guidance on what to enter for the track.
