I recently came across some edits that add the "contains miscellaneous support" AR as a means of adding "special thanks" and hair stylist etc info.
Check that in the Backstreet Boys edits: http://musicbrainz.org/mod/search/results.html?artist_type=3&artist_id=486&orderby=desc
The Backstreet Boys: http://musicbrainz.org/artist/2f569e60-0a1b-4fb9-95a4-3dc1525d1aad.html
The album Black & Blue: http://musicbrainz.org/release/1b7bf9ce-00be-418d-8ea9-b059029a20a5.html
Only now did I realise that this could be used as an AR, I thought it was only a "bundle" used to group the sub-relationships. The thing is, do we use it as a kind of miscellaneous thing for every AR that is not specified (like hair stylist/make up etc?)? Do we use this for keeping the thanks list? I personally think that we should not keep the special thanks list anywhere (ok in an annotation if necessary) cause it would create a vast amount of "artists" that have nothing to do with music, like a random friend etc. Is really a hair stylist/make up artist info we should have in MB and in fact as an MB artist?
ps: I apologise for my weak english
