I took that as an event to learn how to find information from EANs. I 
found EMI Music as the owning company, but this doesn't necessarily 
give you the label and might also be connected to the distribution 
rather to the production sometimes.
In http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?what=R&obid=498591 for example I 
get SPV from the EAN, but this is clearly the distributor and not the 
producer. However, this can still give some information that might be 
helpful.
Did I miss anything?
