[mb-users] Use of the "contains miscellaneous support" AR

About the "thanks" part, I totally agree, annotation only. (Though a
very enterprising individual might wikify the annotation with links if
they're relevant.)

For the rest... I don't much like ARs that don't fit the credits very
tightly, because they're pretty much useless if you can't tell what
they mean. (Maybe the guy drove a car or did massages. Or worse...)
I'd rather see them in annotation, too, if someone really wants to add
them. (And I did, occasionally.)

But I don't know if there's a real guideline about that.
