[mb-users] Pre-gap tracks / duplicate albums

I don't support adding duplicates with the pre-gap track as track 1.
The track numbers will be wrong, and it's not possible to add a
discid. If they must exist, they should at least be marked
pseudo-releases.
A better solution in my opinion is to allow a track 0, possibly
automatically adding it for discids with more than 2 seconds pre-gap
(or some other value).
I just own one CD with a pre-gap track, but that track isn't taggable
with MB: http://musicbrainz.org/release/12bada7c-c5a1-4aea-a1df-b70a50a99c2e.html
