Speaking as a Dutchman, I don't like your "new" Dutch sorting order. If
there is a choice between the two above, I want the first. However, if
there was a third option (Surname, Tussenvoegsel, First) I would vote
for that one.
And, once again to emphasize, this is not about how a name is printed
or displayed. It's just about sorting.
