No, not at all. You do want to have a barrier to entry to keep out the  
riff-raff that would distract the people who honestly get it. I mean,  
do you all think it would be smart to invite everyone with an AOL  
account to come play with MB?

That's true to a degree. But the fact is that MB has lots and lots of  
data. At some point that data needs to be exposed and when you do that  
you're going to lose all the people who get overwhelmed when they have  
more than one window open on their desktop.
