Isn't this what Discogs just did, igniting a revolt? :P More seriously...

MB already has this concept for certain edit types, and in my opinion 
the right ones. Given the frequent style disputes on track and release 
titles, and attempted toing and froing by editors, I in no way would 
want for this to be extended to those edit types.

The flow you are describing is effectively handled by AutoEditors **who 
actually vote**. Person A is a regular user. Person B is an AutoEditor 
who has the knowledge/experience to approve-to-fix the edit.
