[mb-users] Brainztorming: rank edits, not users

Just to play the devils advocate, there are a few problems with the suggestion:

* The burden of the server increases as it would be nessary to do a
lot of checks and calculations. The user-portion of the rank wouldn't
be cacheable either as it could potentially change with every edit.
Possibly this could all be implented via MotBot instead of real-time.
* If new users are instantly thrown in the fire of us over-zealous
voters, they might be deterred and leave. Review is good, but might
some feel "stalked"?
