I think musicbrainz should allow more or less any audio content which is
'released' in some form.  I am not aware of any current problems with
users adding non-music, I don't see any harm in allowing it or any
reason to not allow it.

If you want to disallow non-music, you have to define what music is,
which varies depending on social context, culture, etc..  So that won't
be easy :)
