[mb-users] Submission of new tracks through the webservice ?

 From the webservice you can submit muscbrainz id/puid pairs but are 
they any plans to extend xml webservice to allow you to submit tracks 
that arent currently in Musicbrainz at all. This would be great for 
Musicbrainz enabled taggers making it very easy for users to add in
all new stuff, of course it would still have to go through moderation.
