[mb-users] Submission of new tracks through the webservice ?

Hey Paul,

We've had discussions about doing this before - and it's certainly a
good idea. But it's not without flaws - the best would be to take a
look at the original thread [1] about this, and if you've got any
ideas to expand on this, be sure to let us know! :-)
