[mb-users] Group had to change there name - two artist entries?

I have another example of a German band with a name change due to legal 
issues:

Die Allianz -> Band ohne Namen

You can read more about it in English on Wikipedia [1]. "Allianz" [2] is 
a very large insurance service in Germany. So they file a suit against 
"Die Allianz" as they became popular.

So we have two artists here which should be really one. Should I merge them?

Sorry for such quite unpopular German bands, but I have no better 
examples which I know personally about.
