I found another source from which you can see that both collaborated at 
least equally. On MySpace [1] you can read: "[...] But it was determined 
that a foil was needed for Mark's rapping and so, only then was Prince 
Ital Joe brought in for the two [...]". So its not Prince Ital Joe 
working occasionally

Marky Mark, its in fact Prince Ital Joe who was brought into the project.
