[mb-users] megadeth bootleg track title issues

A Megadeth bootleg, "Too Cruel to Die" [1], has tracks that don't
match up to the songs.  I have changed the track titles to match the
audio, but i haven't found a style guide for tracks that are split
between tracks.  Am I missing it?

Basically, my theory was to list the song titles in the track titles,
using the standard multiple title (" / ").  Where a song spills over
into the next track, I've listed it first there, but with "(cont.)" as
extra info.  I considered "part 2", but that seems to imply some sort
of "official" naming.

For reference, the cd case lists the songs like this:

1) skin o' my teeth
2) hangar 18
3) lucretia
4) sweating bullets
5) foreclosure of a dream
6) in my darkest hour
7) MEDLEY: peace sells...
     the conjuring
     wake up dead
     peace sells... (reprise)
8) symphony of destruction
9) anarchy in the u.k.

I've left the "(reprise)" but dropped the "medley".

And as a quick side note, here [2] is a guy who shares my feelings
about this disc.  ;)
