The way you entered it seems OK, with two observations:

(1) You should really enter an annotation to describe what's going on there.
(2) If track 7 (on the packaging) is really a medley, i.e. the songs
have been played continuously by the band, rather than just dumped one
after the other on the same track, then you should mention this in the
title. So it would look something like this: "Medley: Peace Sells...",
"Medley (cont): Peace Sells (cont.) / The Conjuring / Wake Up Dead"
and "Medley (cont): Peace Sells (reprise)". Of course, if it's not
really a medley, you can just leave it as it is.
