I just noticed some other people were having the same discussion on
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/ReleaseStatus, but I also see that according to
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/BonusDisc:
"Also note that the
ReleaseAttribute<http://musicbrainz.org/doc/ReleaseAttribute>of bonus
discs are not necessarily the same as the release they were
distributed with. Use the attribute correct for the bonus disc on its own."
