Well, yes, but my question was: When do we say, it is applicable to all 
tracks? Is a note "vocals by V" on the release enough information to 
put it an all the tracks, even if it doesn't say on the release, that 
this is true for each and every track. I wouldn't, since vocals and 
instruments can be missing on tracks. When a producer is mentioned for 
a release, do we move him to the tracks? This might be okay, because 
every track must have a producer (even if he didn't do much).
