[mb-users] Deducing from release to tracks

If you have listened to all the tracks and can actually hear a certain
person singing on all of them, then apply the vocals AR to all tracks.
When exactly you can be certain that a release-level credit applies to
every track is very context-dependant, so just use common sense and
don't guess if you're not sure.
