I would have to stronlgly disagree with this.
Firstly you have no choice about how iTunes renames files and the folder 
structure whereas with Picard you can control it.
Secondly I use iTunes with my iPod, but i dont use iTunes for playing 
Songs or burning tracks to CD so I want to keep my files somewhere easy 
to find, not under iTunes directory structure.
