Required fields for "Add release" too limiting, any combination of
data should be allowed:

I'll also note what occurred to me while typing that bug in:

Forcing a user to enter a year in order to add cat numbers and
barcodes *might* make them thoroughly research the matter online, or
they'll just grab the first available date they see whether that's
from Amazon, the copyright date from the CD or just a wild guess.
