Come on, your mail program can do that, there is even a possibility 
built in every mail program to do it manually  =-O

Fred (fred576)  <- I even made a higtech script that automatically 
filters out my last name (It's a gigantic script but it is now cross 
operating-system and took about 40 years for me to work. It is so 
enormous that you can't download it)  ;-)
