lukas, I may have this wrong but I enabled folksonomy tagging, and saw 
two unexpected behaviours

1. I had tagged a release as owned, when I added it to Picard it set the 
genre to Owned even though owned is in the list of tags to be ignored in 
the Ignore Tags option.
2. I had tagged a track at track level , but this tag was ignored - does 
the tagging just look at release level

Also the list of tags to ignore should be probably increased i.e no 
barcode,owned-vinyl ...
