You cannot remove someone else's tags.   But you can contact whoever
set that tag.  Click on the tag, and you should get a list of releases
which have been tagged with it, in that list.. look up the release
you were editting, and click the 'Who tagged this?' link next to it
(mo in this case).

(Yes, this is rather cumbersome, and for this reason I am not sure
 using 'fixme' in folksonomy tags is a good idea).
