[mb-users] Picard 0.10.0rc1

I spoke to you about this on IRC, but still haven't worked at a
solution, so I'm bouncing to the list because I feel this is
important..

As I'm at uni, I'm behind a crazily restrictive proxy, and with Picard
0.9 going through the proxy was fine, but I can't get 0.10 to work for
the life of me. I've even tried running Picard through FreeCap to
force it to use a proxy, but this still isn't getting anywhere. Any
ideas on what I can do to debug?
