[mb-users] Questions about lead vocals and "cut by" credits

I'd say lead is when there's noone at the same time doing more prominent
vocals, perhaps with the exception of refrains. Of course it can be kind of
silly with 2-second stuff, but I guess that's where common sense comes is.
But a complete verse (as in your Anonyumous example) I see no problem at all
with.
"Cut by" as in what's in hip hop mosly credited as "cuts by" is straight
turntablism. Not a production job but an instrument performance. Turntables
as an instrument. "Turntables performed by".
