[mb-users] taggerscript / last.fm

Several reasons:
1. I'd like a solution I can also recommend to others who haven't made
the plunge into tagging with MB
2. I'm using taggerscript, and put the composer into the artist field
(even for non-classical releases), but don't want to unduly clutter the
last.fm database with entries scrobbled by composer along with those
scrobbled by 'artist'.
3. MBIDs are required to distinguish releases with the same album title,
i.e. two different recordings of a symphony by the same conductor/orchestra.
... and probably others I've forgotten.
