Er... doesn't Picard generate PUIDs too? I'm almost certain I've
submitted many from it: http://tinyurl.com/5c8c7g
I did find that 0.9.0 sometimes would not assign and allow submission of
track-PUID relationships under some nebulous circumstances. The process
seemed to be that I'd stick a fresh CD in, get Picard to lookup the
DiscID and either add the disc, attach it to a release or view the
release it was already attached to. Then click the [tagger] link to load
the titles into Picard.
Once I'd then ripped the tracks and got Picard to analyse them, if the
PUIDs weren't in MB then dragging the whole cluster to the release
didn't light up the Submit PUIDs button. I think I had more luck by
expanding the cluster, selecting all the tracks and then dragging them over.
