does it say that on the sleeve? that's not a release date, but a
copyright date (some JP releases have the actual release date on the
OBI strip but other than that...). best to get release dates from an
external source (amazon is usually quite good)

depends on which label is giving an address - the one who made the
release, or the primary license holder? best to go with where you
bought the release, or a wider territory, depending on the label.
