[mb-users] WhatDefinesAUniqueRelease has been changed

The RFV about a new version of WhatDefinesAUniqueRelease expired some time ago.

Pretty much like the SameArtistWithDifferentNames, the purpose of this
was to clarify a number of "obscure" points and clearly state what we
usually do in the database.

I hope it will not surprise long timers, as there is hardly anything
new in it - the purpose of it being to be more helpful for newcomers
when compared with the previous revision:
