You are. Even edits such as adding URLs to labels aren't considered
"label edits" by the system. (This, IMHO, should be considered a bug
until the below is fixed...)
Check http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/2675 for an example. (Also, I
have a hard time buying that it won't work with the way the system is
now - URL adds are listed for artists and releases and tracks, so surely
they can be listed for labels as well? I can see why the other ARs might
not belong to the label – though they should be listed with one of the
labels they're involving...)

Well, what we need (IMHO) is for edits to be able to "belong" to several
database entities – this way an "add release" could belong to both all
of its involved artists and the label(s).
