[mb-users] Labels for regional dupes

I made some research and based on that I made some changes:

I changed the release dates. Wikipedia is not a good source for that. 
Yes, worse then amazon.
Now STR is also the first release event, which is a nice thing for you 
to read maybe.

I also changed the label for the UK release to PIAS, because this is the 
releasing label in the UK and this is the label where that cat# fits.
It won't be too much of concern, since STR is now the first in the list 
and therefore the most "prominent" label.
