[mb-users] Artist name is release title.

zout's edits were done at a time when we couldn't assign release
artist, so there might have been more inclination to keep those artist
names in the title as it was a (sort of) VA release.

now i believe it should be "No. 1s", though there are still occasions
when we should keep the artist name in the title, such as when it's
part of a sentence/phrase (eg "Ear Bleeding Country: The Best of
Dinosaur Jr."), or self-titled releases.
