[Playlist] Decision time: XML, RDF or XHTML

I think we've laid out enough arguments in the last few days to push 
for a decision on XML vs something else. Our choices are:

1. RDF with a RDFSchema that follows a tighter serialization scheme 
that allows the RDF to be parsed with an XML parser. (read: its XML for 
those who want to read XML, RDF for those who prefer RDF)
2. XML with XSD with no serialization limits
3. XHTML

If you're reading this and would like to participate in this decision, 
please post a follow-up to this message with the following:

1. Which option you prefer
2. Why you prefer this option -- please be specific. Why does this 
matter to you?
3. Which option you DONT want to see and why not.
