[Playlist] Decision time: XML, RDF or XHTML

1. I prefer option #1 -- RDF tightly serialized.
2. This option gives us the most flexibility, while only slightly 
restricting the XML we create. We can best leverage existing RDF tools 
and vocabularies while will using XML tools.
3. I prefer not to see XHTML -- this is not was is was intended for. 
XHTML can be derived from XML/RDF as Matt has shown.
