the dc:description node at the Track level is the comment from the file.

I was just about to bring up this topic, but I guess all I have to say on it
now is that I would vote in favor of having a comment tag available separate
from a description (and agree it should be available at both the playlist
and track levels.) -ben

One last point about comment elements: do we need to be compulsive 
about the difference between a dc:description (which is a description 
of the track) and a comment like "I sure do love this song"?
