[Playlist] plparser

Has anyone mentioned Totem's plparser here yet? It seems to be a new 
(ish) library that lots of Linux applications can use for parsing  
playlists, so it might be useful for it to read XSPF. There are  
Python bindings for plparser here (from the same person who's writing

I can't find a proper page for plparser, but the code is here <http://
