[Playlist] Spiffy 1.0 - XSPF Playlist Downloader

'Spiffy' is a client application that downloads XSPF playlist content
or RSS 2.0 enclosures (XSPF is pronounced 'Spiff', hence the name).
Use it to localize your favorite podcasts, playlists or creative
commons music or video. This is an initial release.

This release supports Win32 and requires .NET Framework 1.1. We are
working on a Mono version that will support Apple OS X.
